We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance.
We are concerned about safety in the running of our school and are administered by Insurance.
Orange Surf School does not accept liability or responsibility for death or personal injuries caused for any participants unless by the proven negligence of Orange Surf School, the employees, subcontractors or suppliers.
Orange Surf School is not liable for injury, illness or death caused by activities outside of Orange Surf School activities.
Orange Surf School reserves the right to refuse any booking on medical grounds if the medical condition is considered to be detrimental to the safety and smooth running of the course.
The limit of the liability appears like the following
- Territorial limit of the insurance is in Bali area only
- Death up to Rp 20.000.000
- Permanent disablement up to Rp 20.000.000
- Medical expenses up to Rp 2.000.000
- Ambulance expenses up to Rp2.000.000 from the location to the Hospital
- Material damage Not Covered
- The Participant should be 7 years old and maximum 55 years old
- Surfboard rental customers are not covered.
